Eight characters in dazzling colors dance a joyful farandole—with therapeutic benefits—until they lose themselves in the moment!
The circle dance is an ancient form found in every civilization and on every continent. It can take the form of a children’s game, a folk dance, or a sacred or incantatory ritual. It echoes the shape and trajectory of celestial bodies, as well as the cyclical nature of the seasons. Accompanied by pop, trance, and electroacoustic loops from Mélanie Chartreux and Gwenaël Drapeau, eight figures seem to respond to inspirations from a mythological realm, while a folk-style circle dance takes over the transformed space of L’Usine. A spellbinding experience is guaranteed.
