Passionate about essential oils, Violaine has always used these techniques for the well-being they provide, whether through olfactory relaxation, themed workshops, or walks in the heart of nature.

In a soothing atmosphere and in small groups of six people, Violaine Sinsou offers a discovery of the benefits of essential oils for well-being.

The theme “Zen by the water” focuses on serenity and mental calm, through a synergy with aquatic and herbal notes, ideal for soothing the mind and creating a peaceful atmosphere. Participants will leave with an inhaler stick of this blend.
