Olfactory meditations with Stéphane Pietra and Félix Lemarchal. A guided sensory experience combining fragrance and introspection, inviting you to explore emotions and olfactory landscapes in a different way. With your eyes closed, let yourself be carried through this sensory journey.

Stéphane Pietra, a psychoanalyst and hypnotherapist, and Félix Lemarchal have developed an approach that transforms the perception of perfume into an immersive and intimate experience.

Through guided meditation combined with suggestions linked to each fragrance, they bring forth olfactory landscapes where the invisible takes shape and emotions unfold.

This exploration opens new perspectives on the act of smelling itself, placing it within a poetic and introspective dimension. It offers a new way to experience perfume: no longer as a simple scent, but as an inner resonance, a dialogue between smell and the unconscious, between matter and memory.
