Guillaume FERRONI, a historian of spirits, has conducted research spanning past centuries and discovered a whole new world of forgotten spirits that were, in fact, commonly consumed during the Age of Enlightenment.
He’ll introduce you to these products and their surprising stories and origins, and you’ll even get to taste a few re-creations he’s made using original recipes from the 1700s.

• Location: Budokan Hall (across from the multipurpose hall)
• Free, registration required – Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time
• Masterclass duration: approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes
