For the 28th edition of ISTR’M 2026, the event is moving to the Plage de la Romaniquette, on the shores of the Étang de Berre. An iconic new location that gives this anniversary edition a strong and natural identity.
The swimming section will start directly from the beach, with an Australian exit for the M format, offering an exciting moment for both athletes and spectators.
The cycling route will follow the road to Saint-Chamas, running alongside the Étang de Berre on a safe course that no longer passes through the town centre.
The running section will feature completely redesigned routes: a nature loop through the heart of the pine forest and along the shores of the Étang de Berre, on safe, shaded paths.
Open to both licensed and non-licensed participants, individually or as part of a relay team, the Triathlon de la Romaniquette - ISTR’M 2026 is open to everyone, from experienced competitors to enthusiasts looking to take on their first challenge.
