Every year, Entressen celebrates Crau hay with an event featuring farmers, producers and traditional associations.
On the program:
- Local producers' market from 6pm
-Folk dance entertainment from 7pm
initiation to several dances led by Les Ateliers de la Malle aux Arts
- Open-air meal with music by the group Les Z'aCrauNotes
- Evening dance with the Cool Storm band
- Catering: Open-air meal on reservation
Vegetarian and sweet food-trucks, refreshment stands
