Presentation

Overlooking the Domaine de Sulauze, the brewery welcomes you this summer. Discover its expertise and brewing secrets during a guided tour before enjoying a tasting of one of its many beers.

For several years, the estate has embraced a philosophy of natural balance through organic and biodynamic farming, where vineyards, hay fields, olive trees, bulls and cereals coexist. It was within this inspiring setting that two passionate amateur brewers, Julien Gondard (who has since moved on to new ventures) and Guillaume David, took on the challenge of renovating part of an old sheepfold to create an environmentally friendly brewery. Since then, the new team has continued to work with a deep respect for traditional craft brewing. They produce beers rich in aromas, shaped by the different malts and hops used.

Discover their facilities and brewing secrets before tasting one of their many beers in the outdoor Beer Garden.

You can then enjoy the rest of the evening with entertainment and food trucks on site.
