Olive growing estate in Istres in sustainable agriculture. The estate is located between the Etang de l'Olivier and the Etang de Berre. It counts today a little more than 500 trees.

The oil comes from a sustainable agriculture, and won the 2020 prize of the Oléades organized by Château Virant with the help of the producers.

Its olfactory notes are a very intense green fruitiness with sensations of fennel and lemon. Its entry in mouth is slightly bitter and spicy. It is a balanced, complex and harmonious oil.
