The route, in 12 stages, will lead you to the emblematic places of the old center of Istres and will allow you to discover the jewel of the city in a new way (an itinerary adapted to People with Reduced Mobility is also proposed).

REASSEMBLE THE TIME TO MIDDLE AGE
A team of science teachers have created a strange time machine to explore the city of Istres in the time of the Middle Ages. You are selected as a volunteer to experience their project. You will need space-saving equipment to carry out your mission: a phone, headphones and a QR code reader app will suffice!
Departing from the Porte d'Arles, you will navigate between 1492 and the present day, a great epic awaits you.
DISCOVER THE ARCHITECTURAL TREASURE OF THE ANCIENT CENTER
Strolling through the picturesque streets, you will explore this place well known to Istreans. The fountains, squares and houses typical of Romanesque architecture reveal their stories and unsuspected secrets to you.
Thanks to the soundtrack and the commentaries, let yourself be guided and discover the remains well hidden in the heart of the old center. You will learn more about the Church of Notre Dame de Beauvoir, a listed historical monument, and you will enjoy the belvedere of the church overlooking the city and which will offer you an exceptional panorama over Istres.
