A two-voice journey featuring Thierry Villete, a naturalist with a passion for birds, and Violaine Jubely, who has studied herbalism and botany

She will introduce participants to the basic principles of using wild plants, the rules for gathering them, and their various uses (culinary, cosmetic, and wellness).
