In an authentic Provençal farmhouse, join Frédéric Fano, owner of the estate and caterer, as he guides you through the different stages of cooking the vegetables and preparing a pistou that will flavour your pistou soup, one of the most emblematic dishes of Provençal cuisine. On the menu: non-alcoholic aperitif, pistou soup, dessert and coffee.
