In the heart of Provence, our villa closed by an electric gate, will seduce you with its wooded land (4000m2) which flows into the pond of the Olivier. Our canoes or stand-up paddle are at your disposal for strolls or for the amateurs of fishing (pike-perch, carps...).
Our swimming pool of 10.5 x 4.20 and a depth of 1.50m, with electric safety shutter, salt electrolysis and balneotherapy, will allow you to relax throughout the day. If you prefer a nap, hammocks await you in the shade of large trees.
Children can enjoy the large garden (badminton, ball, ping-pong, table soccer,...).
You will appreciate an aperitif in the shade of hundred-year-old fig trees or in the lounge of our exotic wood terrace.
For your outdoor meals, by the water, around the pool, barbecue and plancha are at your disposal.
You will enjoy a large and bright living room with an American kitchen of 85 m2 open on a magnificent view on the pond of the Olivier.
You can enjoy a good book in our library corner.
Three large bedrooms (bed 140) will welcome you, including a master suite (bed 160) overlooking the pond, with bathroom (Italian shower) and separate toilet.
The two other bedrooms have access to a large bathroom with balneo bathtub (view on the pond) and Italian shower and separate toilet. The last room (office) with a bed (bz) in 160.
Large closets are reserved for you in the entrance hall, as well as 2 dressing rooms close to the bedrooms.
We have a cleaning lady twice a week (Tuesday and Friday morning) to clean the sanitary facilities, the floor,...
The lawn is mowed by a robot (without noise), a gardener comes once a week to check the cleanliness of the swimming pool and the water level and to clean the grounds (without noise).
We offer you a stay in a residential area, in the middle of the countryside, two minutes from the city center by car or on foot by a beautiful path bordering the pond of the olive tree. In the summer you can admire the fireworks (starry Thursdays) from the pontoon at the end of the garden, which is reflected on the pond.
For the most courageous, mountain bikes are at your disposal for a walk around the pond (8 kms). You can also go and get bread, croissants,... at 5' by bike.
The city of Istres is surrounded by seven ponds, the largest of which is the Etang de Berre and the Etang de l'Olivier, close to the beaches, the Alpilles and the Camargue, this place invites you to stroll and discover.
Don't miss the Tuesday morning market around the old center.
