From the Ranquet beach, follow Elodie, your hiking guide and yoga instructor, for a 5-senses walk accompanied by a short meditation session in a cove. At the end of the walk, enjoy a Hatha Yoga session on the beach.

Awaken your senses to the sounds you hear, the scents of the pine forest, embrace the nature that surrounds you, admire the striking contrasts of the Istré landscapes and finally taste the garrigue syrup.
