Overlooking the Sulauze estate, the brewery welcomes you this summer. Discover their savoir-faire during a guided tour!

For some years now, the estate has been cultivating a philosophy of natural balance thanks to organic and biodynamic farming, where vines, hay, olive trees, bulls and cereals come together. It was against this backdrop that two passionate amateur brewers, Julien Gondard (who has since moved on to new activities) and Guillaume David, took up the challenge of renovating part of this old sheepfold to create an ecological beer factory. Since then, the new team has continued to work with respect for traditional brewing methods. Their beers are rich in aroma, derived from the different malts and hops used.

Discover their premises and their brewing secrets, before sampling one of their many beers in the outdoor Beer Garden.

Afterwards, enjoy the evening with live entertainment and an on-site chef!
