Gilles Werry will offer you a Tai Chi based on slow movements, involving all the muscles and joints, and the breath, thus promoting the circulation of Chi throughout the body in an unusual setting: Dinosaur'Istres!

This summer "Istres Tourisme LE CLUB" will awaken your senses for a subtle discovery of the territory. Activities practiced in exceptional places will allow you to discover Istres while doing yourself good.

Majestic Provençal farmhouses, surrounded by Crau hay meadows as far as the eye can see, and places as beautiful as they are unusual, such as the great oak grove of Entressen, the Saint-Etienne Chapel overlooking the Berre and Olivier ponds, the pine forests of the Deven equestrian center and the Dinosaur'Istres hill, will welcome you for peaceful moments. The opportunity to immerse yourself in a feeling of tranquility during sessions accompanied by specialists while enjoying the landscape.
