Participate in a wellness activity in a unique place, a full morning to discover Ayurveda!

Yoga and Ayurveda are linked and taught in India as an integral discipline.
"Ayur" means "life" and "Veda" means knowledge, it represents a health system recognized as one of the most remarkable in the world.

From 9am to 11am: Yoga practice with Cécile Jutan who will guide you in postures related to the season and the natural environment of the place.
11am to 12:30pm: Isabelle Imbert, graduate in Ayurvedic medicine, will present this ancient practice. This discovery will be particularly based on the research of the balance of our 5 senses through the fundamentals called Doshas and on this subtle mixture between philosophy and art of living.
