Bordering the Etang de l'Olivier (220 ha) on a vast 4000 m2 landscaped garden with swimming pool, the apartment on the 1st floor of the house is close to the old center of Istres.

This accommodation offers a unique view on the pond and allows to enjoy magnificent sunsets. The accommodation and its balcony located on the first floor with an entrance on the first floor by the door-window of the tower on the side of the swimming pool, is almost independent from our own accommodation and allows to receive 3 persons (Possibility of 5persons).

The furnished 2 rooms has a living area of 50 m2 Carrez law or 60 m2 on the ground since it includes an attic part (height between 1m65 and 1m80) of 10 m2. The 2 main rooms, living room and bedroom, are particularly bright because they each have a sliding glass door of 2m50 wide giving onto a balcony - terrace of 1m80 wide. Moreover 2 roof windows illuminate on the one hand the kitchen area and on the other hand the shower room.
