On either side, the living room opens onto a private terrace. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed 140x190cm and the 2nd with 2 single beds 90x190cm. Shower room/WC. Complete baby kit on request: cot, high chair, folding changing table, bathtub. Electric heating. 2 terraces of 15 m² each with garden furniture, large shared enclosed grounds of 25,000 m² planted with olive trees.
Communal barbecue shelter and play area, parking, communal room with washing machine and children's games. Wifi internet access.
