Every year for the past 54 years, the world's largest air show has been held in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, under the aegis of the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association). Taken between 2016 and 2019, the photos presented for the exhibition are a small sample of what the author was able to observe. Pilots create and renew their shows, take risks...
It's their story and the passion that drives their lives that Isabelle Charlent wishes to honor. A self-taught photographer and author, it was in 2016 that she set out to inform, question and tell stories, a story, the one that touches her personally. "I'm a snapshot photographer: street photographer, that's my DNA". She has been a member of the Photo Club de Martigues since 2014 and has been perfecting her shooting technique alongside them ever since.
Free admission Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends depending on events. Guided tour in her presence on Tuesday January 16 at 5pm, by prior arrangement on 04 13 29 50 83.
