How can organic farming and biodiversity go hand in hand? This is exactly what the 3B estate in Entressen strives to achieve through environmentally respectful management. During your visit, Brigitte, at this LPO-certified refuge, will also explain the measures in place to support and preserve biodiversity on the estate.
The visit continues with a workshop on peel-based cooking. A practical approach to learning how to make the most of food scraps, reduce waste, and take home simple ideas to use every day.
