The Grand Prix Peinture de la ville d'Istres brings together amateur, emerging and established artists around a shared passion and common challenges.
Numerous participants from Istré and all regions of France are expected to work on a singular theme, creating an artistic work on a free canvas (150x110 cm) provided free of charge by the town.

September 8 to 12 > Return of painted canvases, by appointment with the Visual Arts Department on 06 33 59 17 02.
September 16 to 20 > public voting: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Saturday non-stop, 10am to 7pm;
Sunday September 21 at 11:30 am > prize-giving ceremony at the Chapelle St-Sulpice;
Tuesday September 16, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm > voting opens ;
Saturday September 20: activities with artist Nicolas Braghini (creation of a fresco for the "Faites du sport" public).
