An international cartel, a "competencia" cartel where the rivalry between the three matadors will be beneficial for Istres.
In the year of his return, Sébastien Castella enjoyed a historic temporada. Madrid, Béziers, Dax... and many other ferias witnessed his great moment. In Seville, in September, he opened the Prince's Gate and dedicated himself for good. This is the 1st time in the history of bullfighting that a Frenchman has achieved it. Castella, like good wine, improves with time.
Mexico's Léo Valadez will bullfight some twenty bullfights this winter in South America. He will try again
Europe in order to dedicate himself. In Istres, he is much loved, and Istréens remember that he saved the Charra bullfight last year, a complete bullfighter who will give his fellow cartel members a hard time.
Finally, Christian Parejo will make his Palio debut. A brave and courageous boy, he will be keen to show his alternative sponsor that he can be proud of him. Biterro's aficionados will be delighted with this cartel. What's more, they have adopted the young Chiclana matador since his debut.
