Opened in 2015 by two friends with a passion for wine and good food, cav'istres is now located at the entrance to downtown.
Come and discover a selection of wines from here and elsewhere. Atypical wines that cannot be bought on the internet or in hypermarkets.
In constant search of gustatory surprises and not known labels, let your palate be surprised!
Since 2019 in addition to being a wine cellar and a wine bar we have added the activity of restaurateur. Chef Jérôme Escat creates dishes that perfectly match the wine list.
