Wild plant picking and cooking workshop

With the association Alambic et Mauvaises Herbes, stroll through the garden of the 3B domain and pick the wild flowers and plants that will allow you to make homemade pesto and spring roll in a pretty clearing on the domain.

Chop, mince and mix herbs to make pesto that will be eaten on the spot on toasted bread. Spring rolls will be made with seasonal vegetables and edible field flowers.
A small pamphlet with the recipes will be given to each participant.

A beautiful morning where what is picked will be transformed on the spot. A way to rediscover the plants that grow here and to know how to use them to do us "good".

Organic vegetables and fruits will be sold at the Domaine des 3b on the day of the workshop from 9am (until 12:30pm)
