At the edge of the pond, Annie and Philippe Lambert exploit a family orchard of 2 hectares of olive trees, and practice a reasoned culture. The varieties of olives produced, namely Salonenque, Aglandau, Picholine and Grossane are crushed at the Grans Mill. Direct sale at the property by appointment.
