Aromatic herbs and essential oils will no longer hold any secrets for you thanks to this walk with Cecile Fukari, Naturopath, who will take you into a world of scents and well-being.

On the way to the St Etienne hill, Cécile will show you the herbs found in the Provencal scrubland, you will discover their specificities, their life cycles and how to pick them without compromising the environment.

When you arrive at the Chapelle St Etienne, your guide will offer you a very instructive workshop on the knowledge of essential oils. You will also have the pleasure of making your own inhaler stick by choosing the oil adapted to your needs of the moment.
