During one day, participate in the picking of our aromatic plants accompanied by Cécile and Dominique, then in their distillation with the help of the still. All this in the magnificent setting of the pine forest of the 4 winds and the equestrian center of the Deven
A day rich in discoveries and exchanges thanks to our two passionate and specialists who will accompany you.
Cécile Fukari has always been passionate about the world of plants and is a doctor of pharmacy and naturopath.
Dominique Tron is the president of the association Alambic et Mauvaises Herbes and organizes numerous workshops on wild plants and their benefits.
With them, live a collective experience linked to nature and its resources in a spirit of sharing, exchange and creativity!
Each participant leaves with a whiff of Provençal scents, and also with the small jars and bottles of their own preparations.
The program:
9:00 am: Reasoned picking of Provencal herbs on St Etienne hill. Discovery of essential oils and their benefits.
Noon: picnic on the spot at the foot of the Mas du Centre Equestre.
Afternoon: Distillation, creation of a hydrolat, a macerate or a balm. Herbal tea creation workshop.
