The "Plateau du Centre Equestre" is a huge clearing bordered by pine trees. This preserved natural place will welcome you for yoga practices to cleanse the tensions of the day, followed by meditation sessions.

Christine Virgilio, yoga teacher, will be there to guide you through a series of postures that you will learn to master thanks to the breath. A moment for yourself and your body, to feel good!
