In the park of the Domaine de l'Espillier, overlooking the beautiful rolling countryside and trees around the pond Citis, enjoy a moment of relaxation and return to your inner calm.

With Marie Paule Marcon from the Heartfulness Association, you will practice relaxation and meditation based on the heart. This method, through a cleansing of tensions, will lead you in a slow and gentle way to a regeneration and a connection to the self.
