The "Plateau du Centre Equestre" is a huge clearing bordered by pine trees. This preserved natural place will welcome you for yoga practices to cleanse the tensions of the day, followed by meditation sessions.

Sylvie Letreut, yoga teacher, will guide you for the occasion, also giving you advice on breathing techniques.
