With Justine from the Direction de l'Environnement et du développement durable, learn to spot the differences and characteristics of red squirrels and Pallas' squirrels from the mas de la tour d'Entressen.
The Pallas' squirrel is a major consumer of fruit and causes significant damage in orchards and gardens. It also bark forest and ornamental species, and gnaws on telephone cables, watering pipes, wooden structures of houses...
Justine will present the means put in place to fight against this invasive species in Entressen. With the help of binoculars, the participants will spot the animals in the trees, like real explorers.
